Frizzing is a horrible thing to happen to a pony When
being combed through icky knots and it is not slowly detangled...
it stretches the hair and when the comb is done going through
the hair tries to bounce back but is stretched and it gets tangled
You will not be able to completely get rid of the FRIZZ...but it will help tame it.
So to help me deminstrate how to Defrizz a pony is the ever handsome Barnacle!

Materials:
a comb or brush
Conditioner
Curling Iron
and your frizzed out pony


First, if you haven't, you wanna clean the pony and get them ready,
Now to start!

Lather some conditioner in the ponies tail and mane... get it all in there. The conditioner will help to get out some tangles. .

Take your brush or comb and try to comb through the ponies hair **Remember start from the end and work your way up** Divide your tail into smaller sections (I like 4) .

With your curling iron, start on the lowest setting for now. ( All curling irons are different and some may be hotter then others.) Start from the top of one section of the tail and SLOWLY go to the end. Do this for all the sections and for the mane.

Rinse the conditioner and try combing it. You might notice a slight difference. Repeat the steps to get better results. Once you get the hang of it...and think your curling iron isn't as hot as the sun you can set it to the hotter temp to try... please try a little on the end of the tail to see if it melts... if it does stick to the lower setting

***WARNING***
Try to stay away from the ponies plastic...you do not want to melt
your gorgeous pony!

Can I do this with Tinsel? Yes you can...just make sure your iron is on LOW
you do not want to melt the tinsel.
